There are many things that make Chicago the greatest city in the world, and the food we Chicagoans call our own are one of them. Believe me, I love a thick slice of deep-dish pizza from Lou Malnati's or a polish sausage piled high with grilled onions and dripping in mustard. But in my humble opinion, nothing touches the piece of art that is a properly constructed Chicago-style hot dog. My mission is to find the perfect Chicago dog, and I'll tell you all about the quest right here.
